Requirements

• Proven experience in computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCCM for software deployment and management.
• Experience with remedy ticketing systems for tracking support requests.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and VPN configurations.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
