About the position

As a Break Relief Operator III at Aspire Bakeries, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing facility by providing coverage for various positions during breaks. This position requires adaptability and a commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards while performing tasks such as case erecting, packing, dough moving, mixing, operating machinery, and palletizing. Your ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provides break relief coverage for the following positions: Case erector/Packer; dough mover; mixer; operator; packer; palletizer as needed.
• Learns and demonstrates full competency in performing the job functions of the various positions assigned.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
• Must understand and comply with the company Allergen, Food Defense and HACCP policies.
• Partners with Supervision and maintenance to maintain equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• One-year related experience and/or training is required.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
