About the position

The Breakfast Coordinator at Carrols is responsible for operating the restaurant during breakfast hours in the absence of a Manager. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, managing breakfast inventory, and inspiring the team to ensure customer satisfaction. The Breakfast Coordinator also handles daily paperwork and prepares the restaurant for lunch business, making it a vital position within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours
  • Open the restaurant and serve breakfast to guests
  • Inspire and guide staff
  • Complete daily paperwork to record restaurant success
  • Manage breakfast inventory
  • Prepare the restaurant for lunch business

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to count money accurately
  • Physical ability to carry up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Ability to remain on feet for several hours at a time
  • Ability to reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press
