About the position
As a Breakfast Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will open and operate the breakfast shift from 5:30 am until 11:00 am. You will oversee a team of up to 4 employees and be responsible for financial controls, food safety, and crew development.
Responsibilities
- Open and operate the breakfast shift between 5:30 am and 11:00 am
- Supervise and manage a team of up to 4 employees
- Ensure financial controls are maintained
- Oversee food safety protocols
- Develop and train crew members
Requirements
- Breakfast background in the Quick Service Industry
- Experience managing at least 4 employees
- Perfect on-time record
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent hospitality skills
