About The Position

Wendy's is looking for qualified Breakfast Manager candidates to run a multimillion dollar business. Breakfast Managers are a critical part of the restaurant leadership team, working with management to provide direction and training on every shift to exceed customer expectations. The role requires a passion for serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service. As a leader and role model, the Breakfast Manager will set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be an early riser, able to start by 5:30am
• Strong customer service skills
• Great attitude
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
• Prior restaurant experience preferred
