About the position
Wendy's is looking for qualified Breakfast Manager candidates to run a multimillion dollar business. Breakfast Managers are a critical part of the restaurant leadership team, working with management to provide direction and training on every shift to exceed customer expectations. The role involves serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service, while setting the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and training to restaurant staff on every shift
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded

Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work early shifts starting by 5:30am
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 16 years of age and possess required documents and permits
