Breakfast Republic Encinitas is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bussers to join our team. As a part of the Rise & Shine Hospitality Group, we pride ourselves on creating a lively and fast-paced environment where our team members can thrive. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working in a morning setting and values a daytime schedule. We are looking for individuals who are not only energetic but also possess a positive attitude and a scrappy work ethic. Our Bussers play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests, contributing to the overall dining experience at Breakfast Republic. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the front-of-house team by clearing tables, assisting with food service, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service. We are looking for candidates who can commit to working four shifts per week, with open availability from Friday to Sunday. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Support the team in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
