About The Position

The Breeder Clerk position at JBS involves performing a variety of clerical duties to support daily operations. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and growers. The clerk will be responsible for data entry, inventory management, and preparing operational reports, contributing to the overall efficiency of the breeding operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years office or clerical experience
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience in SAP is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and make decisions as needed
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Confidentiality is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTech
  • Balance and reconcile data
  • Review and prepare weekly grower pay data
  • Verify inventories and issue supplies to growers
  • Create requisitions and record receipts of materials and supplies
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly operations and accounting reports as required
  • Communicate with vendors as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.
