About The Position

The Bridal Consultant at Z Bridal is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to brides-to-be, assisting them in selecting wedding attire and accessories. Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in a grocery store setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories that align with their vision and style.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and detailed information about fabrics, styles, and trends.
• Maintain an organized stock of inventory, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are readily available for clients.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions and manage inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Supervise fittings and alterations, ensuring that each garment meets the client's specifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that enhances the shopping experience.
