About the position
The Bridal Sales Support / Accessories Coordinator position at Silk Bridal Easton is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a bridal salon environment. The role primarily involves supporting the sales team during busy weekend hours, assisting brides with dress try-ons, and maintaining the organization of the store's merchandise and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team on weekends.
- Meet with brides for dress try-on and accessories sales.
- Maintain the front room and suites in an orderly fashion, including merchandise and non-merchandise.
- Put dresses back onto racks and dress mannequins.
- Keep the stock room neat and organized.
Requirements
- Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
- Ability to work weekends consistently, including Saturdays from 9AM-5PM and Sundays from 10AM-3PM.
- Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
