About the position

The Broadband/ISP Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for new products, features, and services within the tech or telecommunications sector. This role requires a strong focus on crafting compelling messaging, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to drive subscriber acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market marketing for new products, features, and services.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning to align with the product roadmap that resonates with target audiences.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to understand the product to craft the marketing messaging.
  • Create marketing assets in partnership with creative and channel teams, such as landing pages, videos, emails, digital ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, PR, creative) to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, content, partnerships) to drive subscriber acquisition and engagement.
  • Own key metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve campaign targets.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
  • Effectively communicate marketing plans to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10 years of marketing experience, ideally in the tech or telecommunications category.
  • Campaign management experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in product marketing within the tech or telecommunications sector.
