- Learn and demonstrate knowledge in all department areas as per company technical manuals.
- Gain understanding of poultry production processes, animal flow, farm health, and husbandry.
- Perform and master all hourly jobs under supervision.
- Develop rapport with personnel and management.
- Prepare reports on experiences and suggest improvements.
- Maintain open communication with farm staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to DOL/OSHA regulations.
- Account for and maintain all equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
- Comply with all environmental laws and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Relevant experience in poultry or agriculture.
