About the position

The Broker Dealer Operations Sales Support Analyst at Allstate is responsible for providing exceptional pre-sale and post-sale service to customers and representatives. This entry-level position emphasizes maintaining compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations while ensuring high-quality service and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate books and records
  • Responds to PFR inquiries from SEC and FINRA
  • Ensures team goals are met, including standards for quality, service-level agreements, and utilization
  • Searches for facts and provides accurate information from ALR Policy and Procedures
  • Promotes and fosters team collaboration to provide ALR customers outstanding service
  • Responsible for new and ongoing product and procedural training
  • Ensures team members follow proper policies and procedures
  • Assists BD Support employees with all facets of their daily job functions including system and procedure assistance
  • Ensures brokerage accounts held through NFS are in good order including accurate beneficiary information, fee activity, handling unsecured debit amounts, low-balance clean-up and yearly management
  • Communicates accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
