About the position

ADP is seeking a Broker Sales Representative for Major Accounts to drive sales of human resources technology within a designated territory. This role involves managing complete sales cycles, cultivating new business opportunities, and engaging in strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 to 999 employees. The position offers autonomy, flexibility, and a focus on work-life balance, along with continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow business independently and collaboratively within assigned geography to close sales and reach sales goals.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts while selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, demonstrating high ethical standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience with skills in teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.
