About the position

As a Commercial Real Estate Broker at ERES Companies in Tampa, FL, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business and delivering core brokerage services. This includes site selection, land and facility acquisition, leasing, built-to-suit projects, sale/leaseback transactions, investment sales, and dispositions. You will work under the guidance of a senior brokerage lead, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with strong sales abilities and excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will involve qualifying and targeting prospective companies, conducting thorough research to analyze their needs, and customizing strategic real estate solutions. A significant aspect of your role will be to proactively make cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings with qualified prospects. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers responsible for real estate decisions will be crucial to your success. You will need to demonstrate a competitive spirit and the tenacity to win accounts and clients, while also developing strong relationships with your colleagues at ERES. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will manage and update prospects using an internal tracking database, attend relevant sales or business team meetings, and actively contribute to discussions. Continuous professional development is encouraged, and you will have opportunities to attend sponsored training sessions and endorsed external seminars. This position requires a Florida Real Estate License and a minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience, particularly in solutions-based selling. You will need to exhibit a strong professional presence and the ability to present and close deals with C-level decision-makers. Your success will depend on your ability to listen, comprehend, and problem-solve effectively, along with your strong communication and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and deliver core brokerage services including site selection, land and facility acquisition, leasing, built-to-suit, sale/leaseback, investment sales, and dispositions.
  • Qualify and target prospective companies to pursue with senior brokerage lead.
  • Research companies, analyze their needs, and customize strategic real estate solutions.

Requirements

  • Florida Real estate license required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years proven sales experience with a focus on solutions-based selling.
  • Proven results and success in prior sales role.
  • Strong professional presence and demonstrated ability to present to and close C-level decision makers.
  • Experience developing and selling complex value propositions.
  • Keen ability to listen, comprehend and problem solve.
