MVP Financial Services is seeking a passionate and high-performing Brokerage Manager for the National Sales Dynamique Group to cover the San Diego, CA region. This position, also known internally as Managing Director, Insurance Services, is pivotal in managing and building relationships with licensed financial advisors, insurance professionals, and other partners to drive insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in independent and institutional channels, demonstrating a proven track record of cultivating robust relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with licensed professionals to integrate insurance and protection products into their clients' financial plans. You will work closely with the internal support team to prospect, profile, and manage assigned relationships, generating revenue through various methods including phone canvassing, foot canvassing, vertical marketing, and developing referrals. A significant focus will be placed on high-producing relationships to enhance retention and productivity. You will also be responsible for providing education on concepts and products, conducting meetings, seminars, and training workshops to increase knowledge of available product lines, and articulating our national marketing value proposition. Additionally, you will develop a comprehensive Business Plan with Sales Leadership that outlines activities for the fiscal year aimed at meeting or exceeding quotas. The position requires a constant focus on developing new relationships to foster sales growth, providing competitive intelligence to sales and product management, and maintaining detailed records of contacts and activities. You will also be expected to meet or exceed activity metrics and recruiting goals, manage your calendar and CRM system effectively, and oversee your travel and expense budget to support sales growth.
