About the position

The Brokerage Operations Representative role at Fidelity TalentSource involves supporting the Treasury Department's Banking Services division by ensuring timely and accurate processing of Money Movement-related transactions. This position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service to external clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve incoming Bill Payment inquiries and claims in a timely manner.
• Provide back-office support including check writing and ACH direct deposit exception processing.
• Print and reconcile Check Disbursements for mailing.
• Produce and distribute accurate monthly metrics for the Banking Service department.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Treasury/Banking operations and customer service.
• Working knowledge of industry-recognized reconciliation applications.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work overtime, if needed.
