The Brokerage Operations Specialist position is a critical role within a top financial institution, focusing on the essential functions of annuity processing. This position is based in Richmond, Virginia, and is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to annuity processing, including handling representative changes, broker dealer changes, and linking requests as they are received. The role requires executing changes with respective annuity carriers, which involves communication through various channels such as email, faxes, the NFS broker platform, carrier back-office systems, and the DTCC portal. This position is a contract role with a duration of six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, requiring candidates to be available for on-site work in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a keen attention to detail, which are crucial for managing the complexities of brokerage operations.
