About the position

The Brokerage Product Solutions Manager at Frost Bank is responsible for leading the execution of product strategies for commission-based offerings through Frost Brokerage Services. This role involves maintaining a thorough knowledge of product solutions, conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory standards. The position emphasizes integrity, caring, and excellence in providing investment solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to Frost Brokerage teams regarding product updates, rate changes, and procedural changes.
  • Lead the execution of product strategy for commission-based products, including selection, due diligence, training, and onboarding of new products.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing products to ensure alignment with investment solutions for clients.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the product sales flow process, ensuring alignment with operations.
  • Maintain oversight of products to integrate new features, fees, commission structures, and training requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Organize Product Committee meetings to review product lists, commission schedules, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners and key account managers for problem resolution and marketing support.
  • Work with sales management to coordinate annual FA conference participation and presentations.
  • Partner with operations to review forms, system updates, and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; or equivalent experience in investment services.
  • 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry with 5+ years in a product management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the investment business and advisor sales practices.
  • Knowledge of current regulatory environment including DOL and REG BI standards.
  • Significant product knowledge and sales/operational experience with structured products, annuities, ETFs, UITs, and insurance solutions.
  • Experience in developing internal product marketing and training communications.
  • Series 7, 65/66, 24 licenses along with Texas Life, Accident and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
