About the position

The Brokerage Sales Director at Humana is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with downline agencies and key partners, focusing on national sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational capabilities and collaboration with other Sales Directors and Relationship Managers to achieve sales objectives. The Director will drive internal and external sales growth, manage resources to meet operational goals, and develop market engagement strategies to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with downline agencies and key partners.
• Focus on national sales targets and collaborate with other Sales Directors and Relationship Managers.
• Cultivate new client relationships and develop productive relationships with existing clients.
• Drive internal and external sales and growth within the organization.
• Regularly assess relationships and provide coaching, support, and guidance to partners and associates.
• Manage resources to achieve sales and operational goals, including clinical engagement and retention.
• Manage budgetary resources effectively.
• Develop external market and national engagement strategies in coordination with sales strategy and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for strategic and process improvements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to enhance processes and strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare/insurance distribution.
• 2+ years of experience working with business partners/brokers.
• Active Health & Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
