About the position

Bromley Landscape Design is a collaborative and growing landscape architecture design and build firm that specializes in creating stunning exterior spaces for prestigious residential properties across the country. We are currently seeking a talented Landscape Architect and Landscape Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and award-winning landscape designs that are influenced by the rich history of landscape architecture. Our approach to design is informed by both the land and architecture, utilizing scale, structure, and texture to create breathtaking outdoor environments. Responsibilities

• Create and draft high-end residential landscape design plans
• Draft site, drainage, grading, and planting plans
• Create designs and construction documents in CAD
• Lead a team and project manage
• Manage other landscape designers
• Lead regulatory research
• Interact with clients and vendors

Requirements

• Graduate degree in landscape architecture or Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture plus 10 years equivalent experience
• Licensed Landscape Architect (preferred)
• Excellent AutoCAD or Sketchup experience and skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong sense of design and aesthetics, eager to learn and contribute quickly
• Detail-oriented and organized
