About the position

The Brooks Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in the growth and expansion of Brooks Pest Control by managing inbound and outbound sales calls. This part-time position focuses on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, and requires a proactive approach to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. The representative is responsible for closing deals, scheduling services, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Keep track of each sale and ensure the initial service is scheduled according to company rules.
  • Get agreements signed by customers and follow up to ensure the initial service is completed.
  • Stay proactive on outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients during low inbound volume periods.
  • Set personal goals to continually improve sales pitch and work ethic.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks.
  • Some college experience (preferred, not required).
  • 2 years of sales experience (preferred, not required).
  • Pest control experience (preferred, not required).
