About the position

As the Business Transient Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to both internal partners and external clients. This role requires a quick, timely, and professional response to all inquiries, ensuring that communication is clear and representative of Concord Hospitality. You will need to demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with a keen focus on detail. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing accounts and developing new business for the hotel, as well as managing all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details. This includes tracking and communicating particulars of each assigned event, such as room blocks, meeting space, special concessions, and billing details. Additionally, you will work with internal and external partners to forecast group rooms and F&B revenues, gaining knowledge of the hotel's offerings and strategies to maximize revenue. Consistently attaining sales activity goals and participating in necessary meetings and training will be essential. You will also be expected to foster teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit, advocating for your career development and complying with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
