Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

• Learn and apply communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize Agile tools for metrics and tracking iterative development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong motivation and initiative as a self-starter.
• Desire to learn and develop coaching and leadership skills.
• Interest in Agile practices and frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AzureDevOps or similar Agile tools.
• Previous experience in a team-oriented environment.
