About the position

The BTS Opportunity to Cash Architect role at SAP is focused on leading innovation and digital transformation initiatives for the company's largest customers. This position involves creating strategic roadmaps for deploying digital solutions, advising clients on long-term opportunities, and recommending innovations that align with their business and IT strategies, particularly in complex contract environments such as Aerospace & Defense and government sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives for SAP's largest customers.
• Create strategic and tactical roadmaps for deploying digital solutions.
• Develop compelling business cases to guide customer decision-making.
• Provide comprehensive advice on long- and short-term opportunities for strategic imperatives.
• Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with customer IT and business executives.
• Analyze key business and IT requirements in the Opportunity to Cash area.
• Develop strategic roadmaps encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios.
• Identify improvement potentials within the Opportunity to Cash areas.
• Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP solution experience.
• 5+ years of management consulting experience.
• 10+ years of solution and/or architecture experience (business & IT).
• Excellent interpersonal skills in teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Proven knowledge in Opportunity to Cash processes and deep implementation knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud solutions.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives.
• Master's degree (MBA preferred).
