About the position

Gong Cha Bubble Tea Store is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join their team as Baristas. The role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the bubble tea store. Team members will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, operating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Gong Cha's signature bubble teas and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate equipment such as tea brewers, blenders, and sealing machines.
• Greet customers, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections, recommendations, and customizations.
• Perform kitchen prep tasks, including preparing ingredients, toppings, and syrups according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the store.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
