They are responsible for notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals and answering all incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary. Skilled receptionists manage multiple phone conversations while attending to walk-in visitors, ensuring a pleasant and accommodating experience for all. The overarching goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, creating customer satisfaction and generating repeat business. Budtenders and receptionists alike must maintain a clean and organized workspace, fulfill opening and closing duties, and ensure that displays are fully stocked. Attendance at company meetings, training sessions, and promotional events is also required to stay informed and engaged with the company's goals and offerings.
