The role involves proposing alternatives to spending and making revisions to the authorized budget, as well as reviewing and projecting reports to suggest changes to performance indicators. The position requires a baccalaureate degree, although candidates may substitute relevant work experience and college credit towards this requirement. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and forecast revenues and expenditures to identify trends and potential funding problems.
  • Prepare required reports and financial statements which include the compilation and analysis of data.

  • Review, project, report, and propose changes to performance indicators.
  • Prepare budget adjustment forms as necessary to draw or transfer funds.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree.
  • Six years of full-time work experience in any field may be substituted for the required baccalaureate degree.
  • Candidates without a baccalaureate degree may combine work experience and college credit to substitute for the baccalaureate degree.
