About the position

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Financial Management professional to provide contract support to the Department of Navy (DON), Chief Information Office (CIO). The role involves generating DOD funding documents, attending budget and programmatic meetings, and regularly interacting with customers and stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for tracking funding documents and providing updates on various financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate DOD funding documents
• Attend budget/programmatic/execution meetings
• Interact with customers and stakeholders regularly
• Provide updates on financial tasks and purchase requisitions
• Update funding logs regularly
• Track the status of all funding documents from start to finish
• Advise customers on financial matters

Requirements

• 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field
• 4 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
• DOD or Federal government Financial Management experience
• Bachelor of Science degree, no specific major
• Secret security clearance eligible
• Highly detail-oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and resolve issues
• Team-oriented
