About the position

The Budget Analyst at Union Health plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient care by managing and analyzing financial data. This position involves maintaining statistical information, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting processes to support the Finance Committee and Board. The role is integral to the financial decision-making process within the organization, contributing to the overall mission of providing compassionate service to the Wabash Valley Communities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining statistical information for UHHG.
• Prepares statistical reports and assists in preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Assists in budgeting processes and preparing reports for Finance Committee and the Board.
• Reports UHHG information to IHA monthly, reports quarterly and annually to AHA.
• Assists the Finance Manager and Finance Supervisor as necessary.
• Maintains EPSi Cost accounting system up to date, loading GL information and running reports quarterly to assist management in decision making.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.
