Responsibilities

  • Maintain budget expenditures of grants and track all claims.

  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with educational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree in accounting or business preferred.
  • Three (3) years of accounting experience required.
  • Knowledge of standard purchasing and procurement procedures.
  • Knowledge of state and federal programs related to fiscal requirements.
  • Familiarity with the Oklahoma Cost Accounting System (OCAS) coding requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
