About the position

The Budget Analyst-Intermediate position within the Clinical Trials Office (Non-Cancer) is a critical role that involves providing comprehensive budget and financial support services under general supervision. This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and preparing budget-related documents, requests, and specialized reports that are essential for the effective management of clinical trials. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all financial aspects of the trials are accurately represented and managed. This includes collaborating with project managers, clinical staff, and external partners to gather necessary financial data and insights. In this role, the Budget Analyst will also be tasked with monitoring budget expenditures and variances, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The analyst will utilize financial software and tools to track budgets and generate reports that provide insights into financial performance. Additionally, the position requires the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of budget proposals and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
