WWC Federal is currently seeking a Budget Analyst (Level II) to support the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Resource Management Directorate. This position plays a crucial role in monitoring the issuance, execution, and tracking of centralized CE program funds. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for preparing and tracking commitment and obligation documents, including Purchase Requests, Miscellaneous Obligation Document Records, Journal Vouchers, and other related financial documents. The role requires utilizing information from internal AFIMSC databases to provide reports to AFIMSC/RM staff, ensuring the verification and updating of execution plan data, spend plan data, unfunded requirements analysis, and compliance with 80/20 obligation mandates and end-of-year reporting requirements. In addition to tracking financial data, the Budget Analyst will support management in preparing reports for recurring AFIMSC meetings and quarterly Group, Board, and Council meetings. The position also involves internally tracking multiple legal limitations associated with funding appropriations, such as travel, contract, budget activities, sub-activity groups, and appropriations. The analyst will support accounting reporting functions and data calls, including the Triannual Review (TAR), Monthly MORDs, Dormant Obligation/Unliquidated Obligations (ULO), Open Commitments, and Control Summary Record (CSR) Management. Furthermore, the role includes supporting reimbursable accounting programs related to external customer orders and coordinating routine and periodic AFIMSC/RM reporting requirements, such as Weekly Activity Reports and Key Process Indicators. The work environment is characterized by moderate noise typical of a business office, with the potential for occasional loud noise from airfield operations or large equipment. The employee will be required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods and perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, talking, and hearing.
