Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience in preparing budget reports, monitoring fund balances, researching budgetary guidelines, applying budget principles, and submitting requests for budget resources.
  • A Level 2 Financial Management Certificate within 2 years of appointment.
  • Master's or equivalent graduate degree in Accounting, Auditing, Contracting, or Financial Analysis, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
  • Combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position.
