About the position

As a member of the CACI-Wexford group Special Operations and Asymmetric Solutions Group (SOAS), you will be part of a team renowned for addressing customers' most difficult challenges and requirements. Utilizing cutting-edge practices, tools, and technologies, CACI's SOAS provides a range of solutions to meet customer needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by delivering information solutions and services that support national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers. In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, your efforts will empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission, ensuring positioning, navigation, and timing superiority. Your mission will involve providing combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR, which includes knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats. You will be responsible for all program-level financial analysis and reporting. This includes program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and ensuring program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in the program's initial setup, which includes project codes with work breakdown structure and billing setup.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct program level financial analysis and reporting.
  • Manage program cost control and management using cost baselines.
  • Perform revenue and profit recognition and forecasting.
  • Support customer reporting and invoicing.
  • Analyze direct and indirect rates.
  • Engage in annual and multi-year planning.
  • Forecast monthly financials.
  • Ensure program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations.
  • Set up initial program requirements including project codes and billing setup.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with DoD and USG budgeting policies.
  • Prior experience with DoD finance systems including military budgeting, ROM, and MIPR experience.
  • BA/BS degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification or equivalent.
  • Prior leadership or management training.
  • Current SECRET clearance.
