About the position

The Management Analyst - Senior position at AKYTECH CONSULTING LLC involves providing administrative budget support to senior leaders within the US Army MEDCOM. The role requires expertise in budget development and execution, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) programming process. The analyst will be responsible for managing taskers, drafting professional documents, and assisting in financial management training and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Budget and Programming tasks.
• Manage taskers for senior leaders and provide general senior administrative support.
• Track training for the organization.
• Draft, review, and staff professional army papers (e.g., memos, policies, info papers).
• Assist project leads in organizing and executing financial management training, certification, and recognition programs.
• Draft, review, and staff responses to taskers internal and external to the G8.
• Build and edit products to be used in financial management training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Political Science, Healthcare, or related fields.
• Master's degree in business, Public Administration, Healthcare, or related fields.
• 5+ years of programming experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience in accounting, budget development & execution.
