Responsibilities

  • Researches, gathers, analyzes, and summarizes information for the preparation of the systemwide operating budget.
  • Manages policies and processes related to enrollment planning, ensuring accurate and timely data submissions from campuses.
  • Interacts with high-level stakeholders to develop solutions to complex problems and leads complex projects.
  • Coordinates with colleagues within the department and mentors less-experienced staff members.
  • Creates and disseminates policy briefings, responses to requests for information, and legislative reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
  • Thorough knowledge in data collection and analysis techniques, including statistics and social science research techniques.
  • Advanced ability to provide good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.

  • Ability to present complex findings and recommendations clearly in writing and verbally.
