About the position

The Budget Analyst at Royal Fixtures Inc. is responsible for collaborating with management to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy. This role involves providing recommendations for budget proposals, forecasting future financial needs, and conducting financial analytics to support various programs. The analyst will also prepare financial reports, track performance against budgetary goals, and identify potential financial risks associated with projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to develop a budget.
• Review budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Provide budget recommendations and develop a final budgetary agreement with management.
• Monitor spending to ensure it remains within budget.
• Estimate and forecast future financial needs and support programs with financial analytics.
• Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conduct program plan studies.
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Prepare estimates to complete (ETC) and spending plans, audit subcontractor invoices, and provide briefings and related documentation for financial assessments.
• Forecast and track financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
• Organize budget templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.
• Help identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Administration or Finance
• 1 year experience in the job offered
