Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to assist clients in securing funding.
  • Work with clients to create actionable plans that align with their goals.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of funding through consistent tracking and communication.
  • Provide oversight of the Schedule 75 process to capture critical requirements for funding.
  • Prepare recurring and nonrecurring resource management and cost reports for higher headquarters and servicing directorates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a budget analyst and subject matter expert in command-wide programming, budgeting, and financial management operations.
  • Knowledge of programming, budgeting, funding, and redistributing appropriated budgets.
  • Ability to provide oversight of the Schedule 75 process through the II PEG.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience serving as a financial liaison between program managers and other offices involved in mission execution.
  • Knowledge of preparing regulatory and non-regulatory resource management and cost reports.
