The Budget Analyst position at Northrop Grumman involves supporting the Software Directorate within Vehicle Development. The role focuses on overseeing and coordinating various aspects of Functional Business Management for an organization of approximately 500-600 employees, ensuring financial goals and objectives are met. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Tableau, and effective communication with management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Functional Business Management for an organization of approximately 500-600 employees.
• Plan and monitor indirect expenses and direct allocations.
• Manage capital and NCTA budgeting and tracking.
• Provide guidance on time charging and compliance policies.
• Forecast manpower and support monitoring of aircraft service center operations.
• Support integration and test operations and resource requirements.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree in the same fields.
• Advanced Excel user with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
