About the position

The Budget Analyst position at All Native Group involves providing financial management support, including the development and maintenance of budgetary documentation and financial reporting. The role requires analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with various financial regulations and requirements. The analyst will work closely with leadership to track funding and assist in various financial management functions, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process, run, analyze, and review financial reports and documents.
• Analyze and reconcile funding issues and prepare documentation for government review.
• Track, review, and coordinate various financial efforts and programs.
• Extract data for general ledger operations and prepare corrective action plans.
• Provide daily status updates of funds to leadership.
• Facilitate the review of Miscellaneous Obligation Reimbursement Documents (MORD) and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR).
• Conduct monthly Government Purchase Card (GPC) reconciliations.
• Prepare financial documents for government review and signature.
• Support Year-End-Close-Out activities and related tasks.
• Attend required staff meetings and contribute to team efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four years of budget analyst experience.
• Proficient in financial modeling techniques and Excel functions.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, presentation, and written).
• Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) and other financial management systems.
• Knowledge of Fiscal Law and Financial Management Body of Knowledge.
