Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in budget analysis, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with budgeting software or ERP systems.
• Internship or work experience in an accounting firm or financial services industry.
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
