About the position

The Budget Analytics Change Manager will support the FM Analytics Portfolio's Budget Analytics team by leading change management initiatives within financial management and analytics environments. This role requires a strong understanding of budget analytics and the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change efforts within the Budget Analytics team.

• Utilize budget analytics and financial systems to support change management processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in change management, preferably in financial management or analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of budget analytics, financial systems, or business intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change efforts and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Secret clearance is required.
