The Budget/Fiscal Analyst Lead at the Department of Atmospheric and Climate Science is responsible for leading and directing the complex fiscal work of the grants team. The position involves significant interaction with faculty and staff, providing statistical reporting and analysis to support strategic planning efforts. Additionally, the lead will manage fiscal support for various departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with university and state policies. The role also includes payroll responsibilities, where the lead will identify costing allocations, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with payroll team members to resolve issues. The position is strictly in-person, requiring a commitment to a Monday through Friday schedule, with potential flexibility for additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
