About the position

The Budget Systems Analyst at Brown & Brown will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the Adaptive Insights system, supporting end users, and developing additional functionalities to improve organizational efficiency. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of budgeting processes and data integrations with Workday Financials.

Responsibilities

• Support users and troubleshoot issues that arise with Adaptive Insights.
• Create and maintain existing reports within Adaptive Insights.
• Maintain user security within Adaptive Insights.
• Run data integrations between Adaptive Insights and Workday Financials.
• Maintain Account, Levels, Dimensions & Attributes in Adaptive Insights.
• Assist with the build of new sheets and functionality within Adaptive Insights.
• Assist with the maintenance of existing sheets and formulas.
• Utilize Adaptive Insights to create efficiencies within the organization.
• Lead internal training and assist users with OfficeConnect for both Adaptive & Workday Financials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Adaptive Experience
• Strong knowledge of Adaptive Insights, including modeling, sheet creation/maintenance, integrations, and report development
• FP&A experience preferred
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or a related field required
• Strong data analysis skills
• Advanced experience with MS Office Suite
