In addition to managing the budget, the specialist will lead and participate in budget updates and presentations, manage communication packages, and coordinate all budget, accruals, and forecast plans centrally. The role also involves leveraging the overarching change control process to implement governance that balances daily operational needs with global reporting requirements. The specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of budgeting and vendor management across the Global Talent & Development team, ensuring the integrity of the information through thorough process documentation and validation of business logic. Furthermore, the specialist will create standard operating procedures for the vendor management cycle and establish robust vendor audit and compliance metrics.
