In addition to managing the budget, the specialist will lead and participate in budget updates and presentations, manage communication packages, and coordinate all budget, accruals, and forecast plans. The role also involves leveraging the overarching change control process to implement governance that balances daily operational needs with global reporting requirements. The specialist will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of budgeting and vendor management across the Global Talent & Development team, maintaining the integrity of information through thorough documentation and validation processes. Furthermore, the specialist will create standard operating procedures for the vendor management cycle, establish robust vendor audit and compliance metrics, and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge and experience in budget and vendor management processes.
