About the position
We are looking for passionate and energetic budtenders to join our dispensary team. This entry-level position involves assisting customers with their cannabis purchases, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals in a relaxed environment. Ideal for students, the role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Help customers make informed decisions and meet sales goals
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service
- Manage inventory and keep accurate records
- Keep the premises clean and well-organized
- Perform other shop tasks as needed
Requirements
- Friendly and people-focused
- Ability to hit sales targets by recommending products, promoting deals, and upselling
- Strong knowledge of cannabis (products, effects, lineages, consumption methods, grow types, etc.)
- Weekend availability (full availability is preferred)
- Previous experience as a budtender
- Must be 21 or older
