About the position

The Budtender position at Maggie's Farm Marijuana involves providing exceptional customer service to patients in a retail environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers/patients and assess their needs and wants.
• Educate and guide patients on the benefits and differences of products.
• Deliver the company's retail promise to every customer/patient while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Uphold and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Accurately handle all customer/patient transactions, including cash handling and debit card transactions.
• Manage sales floor inventory and ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, responsible for cleaning and daily upkeep of the store.
• Remain flexible and assist with other projects/tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a MED badge through the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (REQUIRED).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to remain compliant in a highly regulated role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with customers/patients, coworkers, and management.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, point-of-sale software, and METRC.
• Ability to efficiently resolve problems in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
