As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing an inviting and educational experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products, educating them about the effects of our offerings, and ensuring that the store environment is clean and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to uphold the company's standards and policies. You will also be expected to process transactions using the TREEZ platform and maintain the confidentiality of customer data. The role demands flexibility, as you will need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Your contributions will help create a memorable experience for our customers, aligning with our brand's dedication to quality and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and guests by creating an inviting experience.
• Educate customers regarding our products and their effects.
• Assist customers with the selection of products.
• Keep display cases and floors clean and ensure all products are fully exhibited.
• Support the store experience by performing various operational tasks as needed.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases using the TREEZ platform.
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to management.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of customer data within area of responsibility.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in cannabis culture.
• Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and take directions well.
• Must have knowledge of medical cannabis, related vocabulary, and products offered.
